High Park, Ontario Place to Christie Pits (13.5 KM) (4/30/2023)

Itinerary:

So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for today.

This 13.5 KM hike will travel between High Park Station & Christie Station.

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, single track dirt trails, wide muddy paths and paved multi use paths.

In terms of hills, there are none over 25 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at Budepest Park, located 3.5 KM into the hike and at Trillium Park located 8.5 KM into the hike.

Post hike, I'm going to go grab some Korean food for lunch if anyone would like to join me.

    Event Directions:

    We'll meet outside the Quebec Avenue exit of High Park Station. High Park Station is located on Line 2, Bloor-Danforth, 1 stop west of Keele & 2 stops east of Jane. If its cold or wet, I'll just be inside the station doors.

    For those driving, Quebec Avenue is located one block west of High Park Avenue, north of Bloor. In terms of parking, there is free street parking in the neighborhood north of the station, but please read the signs carefully as the parking rules rotate on the two sides of the street based on what day of the month it is.
