Welcome to Anne & Anna, relatively new members to our club. Thanks to Doug P for sending this link. toronto.ca/drcw-project Just before the Don Valley Parkway and Don Mills Rd, there were a lot of work trailers & equipment and they've been there for 20+ years. This project is part of the City of Toronto's efforts to clean up effluent that goes into Lake Ontario. There's a very informative video at this website. Elizabeth D. Donations: $0
