Write Up:
A good quick pace >6 k/hr. The bare ground was 99.999% frozen which made for an excellent surface to hike on. There was one not completely frozen, hidden under leaves, puddle in the forest in Sunnybrook park which afforded a couople of soakers! My shoes were cold for several minutes afterwards.
