An excellent hike through the forest! The ground was covered with about 1 cm of snow at the start with light snow coming down. after an hour or so, it changed over to very light rain, and the snow in the tree tops melted and dripped on us. after the hike a few of us (in my car) suggested we stop for a hot drink. In Goodwood we found Annina's Bakeshop,300 Durham Regional Highway 47, Goodwood. A great selection of baked goods, hot and cold drinks, fancy honey, oil for dipping bread and a very nice sitting area upstairs. great bathrooms too!
