A hot, but great hike! ☺
8 people suffered through the heat and humidity, drinking lots of water.
Richard's GPS indicated we did 21 km, as opposed to the original 20 on the event description. We did a slightly modified version of my plan so we could have lunch in Wilket creek park by the river. Beautiful spot!!
The planned 25 minute break for lunch turned into a 45 minute break. Even then, I had to wake up 2 hikers snoozing on the bank of the river.
