Five brave-hearts started out to face the worst weather in this winter so far with -10 degrees(feels like -20 degrees). It turned out to be an awesome hike. We started out walking along the frozen Humber river...south towards the lake where we saw species of birds/ducks that most us had not seen before like the Buffalo head duck :)...When we reached the Humber Bay Park East, we could feel very powerful winds and waves as huge as at least 3-4 feet lashing against the rocks. After a quick stop at a coffee shop nearby we head out along the waterfront towards High Park where the beautiful scenery along-side the white Grenadier Pond awaited us...all in all a beautiful winter day spent outdoors :) $2 donations were collected
