Another perfect day for a hike... that makes two cooler days in a row, a relief after last week's humidity. The weather was ideal, 20C, sunny, with a nice breeze from the lake and shade from trees as a natural sun block! We saw chipmunks, goslings, signets and a variety of other birds. They were definitely more active in the cooler temperature. We passed people racing in a triathalon and others lounging at HTO Park Beach. At Harbourfront Centre there was a drumming performance on but we didn't stay. Later, as a bonus, there were people on the street giving out free apple cider (4.5% alc). $3 was collected in donations.
