Write Up:
There were four people on today's hike. Glen Stewart Ravine was, thankfully, not very muddy. Ivan Forest Gardens was very wet in areas. Birds were very active in the Gardens and Gold Finch were plentiful. It was cool with full cloud cover that made it a good temperature for hiking. At Ashbridges Bay there was a lot of animal sign but we didn't see any rabbits. From last night's thunderstorm & winds, there were many trees, or large branches, down everywhere. We had to detour around to the west side of Withrow Park because there were trees down and live wire on the ground. It started to clear and warm up about half hour before finishing, so starting early was a good idea.
