Nine of us were able to brave the sudden snowstorm, which struck Toronto on Saturday morning. Once we got north of the City the snow and the road conditions improved markedly. And shortly before we got to the resort, the sun came out! In any case we had a great day skiing at a Highlands Nordic. The trails were varied and interesting, and once again the staff was very friendly and helpful! Afterward one car went home, while the other traveled to the picturesque village of Creemore for dinner. As we parked our car outside the restaurant, we noticed snowmobiles parked, like cars by the curb of the road. Could you image such a scene in Toronto? I would like very much to thank our two drivers, Robbin Coedy and Robert Wilson for their excellent driving in difficult conditions.
