EVENT DETAILS

So, the random hike picker has selected this route for today.

Tonight's 11 KM route will traverse from St. Clair West Station to Chester Station.
Some interesting spots include

  • 'Sir Winston Churchill Park'.
  • 'Rosedale Ravine Trail'.
  • 'The Neighbourhood Of Cabbagetown'.
  • 'Don River Valley Park'.
  • 'The Neighbourhood Of Playter Estates'.
  • This hike will be on a combination of wide gravel / muddy paths, wide paved paths and some neighborhood sidewalks.

In terms of hills, there will be a climb up stairs to Cabbagetown & up Pottery Road towards the end of the route. A smaller one up along the Don Valley trail.

    We'll aim for a pace of 4.5-5.5 km/h.

Don't believe that there will be any washrooms open on the hike, so I would suggest coming early and using the Loblaws located beside St. Clair West Station.
