Itinerary:
This is mainly a meetup for anyone taking part in the runs this year. If you are doing the marathon or half on Sunday, we can meet for the start, at the pasta party, and go to Turtle Jack's when it's all over save the crying.

If you are in the 5 or 10k on Saturday May 10th, please make a note and I will get you together.

This is the official website. They have on-line registration until May 8th. A carpool is a possibility, but on an as-needed basis.

Required Items to Bring:
A healthy heart.
An excess of spirit.
Shoes.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
An exuberance of spirit, enthusiasm, determination, and heart.
Some clothing would be good too.
Actually, shoes are optional, some people just don't wear them.
