Itinerary:
It's been a while and I'm feeling the need to get back in shape. We're going to be doing a hike through an area that most of us have been through a number of times. The hike starts at Old Mill station, is approximately 12KM, and we'll be trying to keep a pace between 4.0-4.5 km/h.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Meet at Old Mill station at 7:35PM. I'll be carrying a blaze orange toque, so I should be pretty easy to find.

This event will go on rain or shine. Please arrive on time, I will be turning off my cell phone before we leave.
