This is the fourth annual Culture Days weekend. It is held across Canada in over 850 cities and towns. This is one of the events.

The Ontario Science Centre is holding Community Day in recognition of public support throughout the year. Community Day includes FREE general admission to the Centre. Come and enjoy a day of fun and interactive activities suitable for all ages. Activities will include some of our most popular programs: Electricity and Paper Making demos, Planetarium shows, and more!

Hike starts at 10 AM SHARP. We are not waiting for people who are late.

The terrain is easy. Total distance (one-way) is 7.5 K, or 15 K, for those choosing to hike back to Broadview Station. Hiking pace will be 4 to 5 kph.

I don't have a cell phone, no texting, so please don't be late.

Start from Broadview Station and follow this route

  1. Through parkette to Erindale Ave
  2. North to Browning
  3. West to Broadview
  4. North to Pottery Rd
  5. North on the Lower Don River Trail to the Lower Don Recreational Trail
  6. North to the Science Centre
  7. Bring a lunch or buy a lunch at the Science Centre
