Itinerary:
Last time I ran the event, only one of us was able to complete the whole ride - we battled strong head winds. For this reason, I want to try the ride again.

This ride travels mostly on separated bike trails. However, some sections will be on roadways with vehicular traffic.
Please only sign up for this ride if you are experienced, comfortable, and safe riding in traffic.

Our ride will start at Old Mill Subway. We will:
· head in to the Humber Valley and ride north along the trail until Weston Rd.
· continue on city streets riding east and north to the path in the Black Creek Valley. There is a muddy section as we enter the Valley which may decide to avoid
· follow the Black Creek Valley trail north past Finch Ave,
· turn east along the new Finch Hydro Corridor bike path to Yonge St just north of Finch Ave.
Those who want can leave the ride at Finch Subway station.
· the rest of us will then head east on city streets to the Don River Valley
· ride south on the Don River trail system to the Lake.
· ride west along the Waterfront trail to Bay St.
Those who want can leave the ride and head up Bay to Union station.
· the rest of us will continue west along the waterfront till the Humber River
· ride north along the Humber River trails to Old Mill and up the hill to the subway station.

Please bring your lunch, snacks, and liquids with you. We will probably have our lunch break about half way through our ride, at a point on the Don River trails.

If you have not ridden with me before, you MUST answer in the affirmative the following questions in the notes sections of the sign up page (for you own ease simply copy and paste the questions into the Notes section and type in your answers when you sign up):
1. Do you agree to wear a bicycle helmet?
2. Are you experienced, comfortable, and safe riding in traffic i.e. with automobiles?
3. Are you able to bring a spare tube for your bicycle?
4. Does your bicycle fit you properly?
5. Is your bicycle in decent shape ie no rusty chain etc, working brakes?
