By signing up for this event, you agree to, and acknowledge, the following:

  3. You will take and pass the Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment on-line questionnaire. within 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
  4. Should this event involve a car pool, you will wear a face mask at all times when inside a vehicle
Let's take a waterfront walk through the Leslie Spit/Tommy Thompson Park area.

-Meet at the Starbucks on Leslie and Lakeshore Blvd E
-south on Leslie to Tommy Thompson
-enjoy wintry lake views
-loop back to the Sbux.

No long breaks, only bathroom/layers/water breaks as needed. Steady pace of around 5km/hr.
NOT for those wanting a leisurely/slow stroll.
Mix of gravel, paved, and dirt track; bring icers (you should have some in your pack for ALL winter hikes).

Appropriate footwear
Weather appropriate clothing (layers!)
Sufficient water Icers/traction!

Headlamp & first aid kit (always good to have just in case in hiking pack!)

Event Directions:Meet at the Starbucks on Leslie and Lakeshore Blvd E--1015 Lakeshore Blvd E / 23 Leslie St.
It's a drive-through store in the Loblaws parking lot. Check here for a map--the store is where the coffee cup is!

I will have on a blue hat and an orange daypack.
