EVENT DETAILS

So, once a month I get a massage and I'm always tired for about 24 hours after.
However, I still like to get some fresh air and exercise, so this will be just be a short slower urban hike.

I'm doing this short walk because I've been craving a treat from the 'Don Valley Brickworks Farmers Market'.

This 5.5 KM hike will travel between Broadview Station and finish at the Don Valley Brickwroks.

This hike will be on a combination of dirt trails, a grassy field and a paved multi use trail.

There is probably about 1 hill of about 25 meters.

We'll stop at a washroom in Riverdale Park, about 15 minutes into the hike.
There will be washrooms available at the Brickworks.

We'll aim for a slower pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h

From the Brickworks, there are two buses that leave the area.
---There's a free shuttle bus that goes back to Broadview Station
---The TTC also runs a bus to Davisville Station.
---Or there are various paths to walk out.

Please note that this hike is starting earlier than my normal start time to ensure we can get some fresh food (before its all gone).
