EVENT DETAILS

So, on August 10th, I sprained my left ankle. I've spent the last month letting it heal and am ready to start hiking again.
However, I can't rush back into it, so I'm going to lead a few short/slow 'rehab' hikes as I begin to feel better.

So, today's 6 KM is just a short route starting at Summerhill Station, heading over to Eglinton West Station.

This hike will be on a combination of neighbourhood sidewalks and gravel trails.

In terms of climbs, we'll have a 25 meter climb up some stairs with a couple other short ups.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at the washroom in Sir Winston Churchill Reservoir about 45 minutes into the hike.

We'll aim for a slower pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT LINE 1 IS CLOSED BETWEEN FINCH AND ST CLAIR THIS WEEKEND
