Itinerary:

So, this afternoon is the Fletcher family Christmas get together. No your eyes do not deceive you, it does read December 15th on your calendar. Its within walking distance of where I live, so might as well do a hike in order to get there.

This hike will be on a combination of neighborhood sidewalks & dirt trails, some single track trails and park paths.

There's surprisingly very few hills on this hike, but its a bit of a longer one.

Please dress appropriately as a portion of this hike will be on the hydro corridor and it can be a wee bit windy.

We'll stop for a washroom break at the JCC about 1.5 hours into the hike.

Total distance should be about 13 km.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack. You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.

Lets meet outside the McDonalds on the North West corner of Sheppard & Yonge, which is just outside Sheppard-Yonge Station. You can get to this intersection by taking either Line 1 (Yonge) or Line 4 (Sheppard).
