Itinerary:

A fast hike on challenging terrain, hilly in sections, on narrow paths shared with mountain bikers. Total distance is about 12 kilometers, pace is 5.5-6 km/h.

Please bring icers and a light (both required)

Our route is as follows:

  1. Depart from Broadview Subway Station
  2. Follow the Vale of Avoca ravine south
  3. Past the Brickworks
  4. Along the tracks to Pottery Road Bridge
  5. North through Crothers Woods and the lower Don Valley Mountain Biking Trail
  6. South through the Upper Don Valley Mountain Biking Trail
  7. East on Pottery Road
  8. South through Todmorden Mills Park
  9. South to Broadview Station

  • Water 1/2 L and snacks
  • Light (headlamp preferred)
