DISTANCE: about 23 km

PACE: 5.5 km/h (a lively pace)

DIFFICULTY: 4 - This hike will have many hills and we will keep up a good pace, not a stroll

This hike is not for beginners
This hike is for strong hikers in good physical shape
Everyone will be expected to keep up with the group.
If you are new to the TOC, or you have not hiked with me,
or your recent TOC hike history does not include recent hikes that suggest this hike is appropriate for you (20+ km 5.5 km/h),
SEND ME AN EMAIL describing your recent hiking experience (only the last 2 months are relevant) in order to be considered to join this hike.
