Fletcher is on vacation so I am running this week's installment of our Sunday morning Ultimate Frisbee series.

Participants of all skill levels are welcome. Even if you have not thrown a frisbee before, I will be happy to explain the rules before the game. Just be prepared to run and stay active during the game.

Here is a link to the simple version of the rules.

We will spend the first 15 minutes for warm up and practice, and then start the game by splitting into 2 teams.

I will cancel the game if there is a high chance of rain. Please check your email before heading out.

Running Shoes
Sports Wear (preferably in layers)

Recommended Items to Bring:

Water Bottle or Energy Drink
