HIKE TO THE BRICKWORKS

So no one's run a hike to the Brickworks in a while and it's pretty fun. There's always loads of stuff going on, including a climbing wall, courtesy of Outward Bound..., a cafe + this Monday there's a beer garden! Activities

Our route will start at Chester TTC, from there we'll walk to access the Don Valley Trail up to Crothers Woods + then walk through Rosedale to the Brickworks. We'll be hiking at sn average pace of 4.5km / hr. If you want to stick around and make your own way back there's a bus that goes to Davisville, and a shuttle that runs to Broadview. I'll be stopping off at the beer garden for a bit with those who want to stick around - we'll walk back to Castlefrank afterwards.

Total distance will be approximately 8 km. There are a couple of small hills. Please be prepared to stay with the group. There are washrooms at the Brick works - we will not be stopping along the hike.

NO SHOWS: Anyone cancelling within 24 hours of the start will receive an automatic no show

Chester Subway Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth subway line. The Station is located 4 stops east of the Yonge line.

We`ll meet inside the station doors.
