Itinerary:

Hike for a pint continues with episode 9 of this series.

We'll be starting at York Mills Station, and ending at Sheppard Station.

Total distance is about 10 KM and the usual, pick your own pace.

  1. We start from York Mills Subway Station
  2. North through Don Valley Golf Course
  3. North-West through Earl Bales Park
  4. South through Don Valley West path (flashlight required, could be muddy)
  5. East through Gwendolen Park
  6. Grab a pint at Sheppard Station

Required Items to Bring:

  • Hiking shoes / Hiking boots, a good idea
  • Water/Snacks
  • Weather appropriate clothing

    If coming from the 401

    Drive south along Yonge St into the valley. Look for York Mills/Wilson Ave. We'll be at the North-West Corner

    If coming by Transit

    Travel to York Mills subway station on the Yonge Subway line. 3 Stops south of Finch, 7 stops north of Bloor. Look for the group at the North-West Entrance.
