Itinerary:

This morning we'll be exploring Toronto's West End. Points of interest along the way include the Bloor/Gladstone library, the West Toronto Railpath, and some of the surrounding neighbourhoods.

At High Park I've arranged for a special treat. A noted community activist will be joining us. He'll be explaining the challenges facing park operations when it comes to balancing fair use versus environmental and historical concerns.

Meet outside the TTC collector booths at Ossington Subway Station.

This is a one-way hike that will end at Keele Subway Station.

Event proceeds rain or shine so dress appropriately.

This event permits the participation of children. As such, the following information relates to the parent or guardian of a child participant:

The name of the child or children MUST be included in the notes at the time the parent or guardian signs up. Requests to add a child or children to the event later may not be granted.
The parent or guardian who signs up for the event MUST accompany the named child or children on the event. A child waiver must be completed for each child participating on the event, and the parent or guardian accompanying the child or children must sign the child waiver, along with their own annual waiver if this is also required.
