Starting in Rock Chapel, we'll follow the main Bruce Trail at a leisurely pace through the Hopkins Creek valley, to the Ray Lowes Side Trail which will lead us to Raspberry House, the BTC HQ. We'll have a relaxing picnic lunch (BYO) at Raspberry House, and then retrace our footsteps back to Rock Chapel. Total hiking distance is around 8k and we'll hike this at a comfortable pace of around 3km/hr. After we get back to Toronto, those who want to enjoy good food, good drink and good conversation will retire to an establishment near the carpool location. | |||||||
