Itinerary:

So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for this evening.

This 6 KM hike will start at Chaplin Station and end at Eglinton Station.

The hike will be on a combination of paved paths, wide gravel trails, grassy fields and sidewalks.

In terms of hills, there should be should be one climb of 25 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at Memorial Arena, located less than 1 KM into the hike.
Should that not be open, we'll stop at Oriole Park, 2.5 KM into the hike

Post hike, if anyone's interested, I might grab a drink at the Rose & Crown if anyone would like to join.

    Event Directions:

    Chaplin LRT Station is located on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, two stops east of Cedarvale and Station and 2 stations west of Eglinton.

    We'll meet on the North-east corner of Eglinton Avenue & Chaplin Crescent.
    If the weather is unfavorable, I'll be just inside the station doors.

    For those of you driving, Chaplin Station is located at 576 Eglinton Ave West, about halfway between Avenue Road & Bathurst Street.

    In terms of parking, there's a Green P parking lot located at 125 Burnaby Blvd.
    Other options include street parking on Gilgorm Rd or Latimer Ave, which are located just east of Chaplin, north of Eglinton.
