Itinerary:

Join me for an evening hike through Rennie Park and High Park.

This Monday evening hike will begin at TTC Runnymeade Station main exit. (please note: this hike ends at High Park Station)

It will be about 8.5 km in total on a mix of sidewalks, paved trails and uneven dirt trails.

It could be muddy in some sections.

There will be a few inclines but nothing too difficult.

We will walk at a moderate pace (about 4.5 km/h), through Rennie Park, then across to High Park for a zig-zag loop.

There will be a bathroom break about one hour into the hike in High Park.

The hike will end at High Park Station.
