WATER BREAKS: as needed to stay hydrated

SNACK BREAK: somewhere along the way

The hike will be on a mix of paved surfaces, gravel and dirt trails through nice forested areas
We will have to walk for a short distance (100m) on a very narrow, challenging path with a chainlink fence on one side and a drop off on the other side
We will be crossing 3 small creeks stepping stone to stone
We will start and end at Bessarion station

We'll be meeting on street level in front of the Bessarion Subway Station which is on the Sheppard subway line
It is between Bayview and Leslie stations.
