EVENT DETAILS

So, I sprained my left ankle .... again. Its beginning to feel better, but its not 100%, so today I'm going to do a slow easy hike to
1. Build my ankle strength up again and
2. Ensure my belly doesn't gain too much drag from all this laying around and "healing"

So, today's 5.5 KM hike will be a loop both starting and finishing at St. Clair Station.
The hike itself will just be a route going through Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

This hike will be primarily on cemetery roads, with a few sidewalks as well as one short dirt path, which might be covered in ice/snow.

In terms of hills, there are about 3 of 15 meters, so not too crazy.

Sadly, there are no washrooms on the hike, but there are washrooms in the mall located across the street from the start/finish of the hike.

We'll aim for a pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
