EVENT DETAILS

So, once a month I get a massage and I'm always tired for about 24 hours after. However, I still like to get some fresh air and exercise, so this will be just be a short slower urban hike.

Today's 5 KM hike will both start and finish at Victoria Park Subway Station.

Today's hike will be on a combination of paved trails, sidewalks, some tall grassy areas and some single track dirt trai.
We're also going to walk along a trail I've never been down before, called Fir Valley, so I've excited to try that.

In terms of hills, there are probably about 5 ups, but none more than 10 meters. So tiny weeny.

I have a washroom break planned a little over an hour into the hike.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE'S A SUBWAY CLOSURE BETWEEN ST CLAIR AND COLLEGE TODAY
