Let's go for an urban hike through the beltline park, and along the Don River, along a mix of paved and gravel paths. This time of year, the paths can be icy. So bring a pair of icers.

The route is almost entirely downhill, so we will be walking quickly.

We'll start at Glencairn Station, at the Glencairn Ave exit.

This is the route we will take.

  • start out from Glencairn Station
  • follow the beltline to Brickworks
  • stop for lunch at Brickworks
  • work our way through some city streets and parks to the Lower Don trails.
  • head over to Union Station
