Itinerary:

It's Friday Night and there's nothing better in Toronto then to go for a hike and then grab a drink.

You must be 19 or older to sign up for this hike.

The hike will travel from Chester Subway Station and will end at the Goose Island Brewehouse on The Esplanade near Yonge Street, within walking distance to either Union or King Subway Station.

Tonight's hike is all on paved trails, but no guarantee that will be the case, for the potential for snow and ice of winter. Just one short climb near the start of the route, but otherwise the hike tonight is primarily flat or downhill.

If you register for this event, I'm going to ask that you come to the pub because:

  • 1. you could be taking a spot away from someone on the wait list who otherwise wanted to attend.
  • 2. Also because I have a reservation and they are expecting a certain amount of people.

Hike distance will be approx. 8.5 km

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice. You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
