Itinerary:

This brisk 6 km hike will start at St. Clair West Station and go through Ceadarvale & Nordheimer Ravines, with a short stint along Spadina Road, ending back at St. Clair West Subway Station. Here is a link to the route: http://www.mappedometer.com/? maproute=754489

We will be walking at a BRISK PACE of 5.5 - 6 KM/HR or HIGHER. This is a CARDIO WALK

THERE WILL BE NO BREAKS ON THIS HIKE.


Required Items to Bring:

Whatever you need to walk quickly, safely and comfortably, and also to stay well hydrated.

A flashlight or head lamp is optional. It might get dark towards the end of the walk.

We will meet at the front entrance of Loblaws on top of St. Clair West Station on the north side of St. Clair Ave West.

St. Clair West Station is located on Line 1 (University), between Eglinton West and Dupont Stations.
