Itinerary:
We'll be hiking from Yorkdale Mall, through various parks in the Amesbury neighbourhood and along Black Creek. We still stop at an Italian bakery (Rustic Bakery) for gelato and treats midway during the hike.

We will leave Yorkdale 6:02 PM SHARP. The hike will end at just before 9 PM.

This is an 10km hike.

Start Meet by the ticket booth in Yorkdale TTC Subway Station (see Google Streetview below) Please arrive on time as we will be leaving at 6:02 PM sharp.
End This hike will end at Keele St and Eglinton Avenue West. It is a short bus ride back to Eglinton West Station (Line 1) or Dundas West Station (Line 2).
Distance Approx. 10 km
Pace 4.5 km/hour (slightly above average pace for fit and younger individuals, above-average pace for others)
Trail Conditions We will be walking on dirt and paved trails, sidewalks and grass.
Difficulty This is a D3 hike. WARNING: Please make sure you are able to hike for three hours before signing up. Please note that there is a short, one track, railway crossing on this hike.
