Itinerary:

NOTE: THE CARPOOL LEAVES SHEPPARD WEST STATION @ 9:30 AM

This is a moderate to intermediate hike that is decently hilly with a variety of terrain along the trails. The hike will be a mix of main Bruce trail and side trails, with lunch somewhere along the way.

The terrain of the hike suggests that we spend a lot of time walking through hardwood forest. Please be warned, that that the trail does pass through some swampy areas, so it could potentially be muddy. Greatest challenge will be a 100 meters climb over 2 km in the second half of the hike.

The main attraction is Murphy's Pinnacle, which is a lookout viewing the countryside to the south.

Total Distance 14 km. If you cannot walk the entire distance, please do not sign up for this hike.

NOTE: There are no washroom facilities at this event

DRIVERS, WHEN YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE WRITE IN THE NOTES SECTION, THE AMOUNT OF PASSENGERS YOU CAN TAKE IN YOUR CAR!, or else you might be moved to the wait list until this is completed.

For those of you choosing to meet at the event location, instead of the carpool, please ensure that you come on time
