Itinerary:

Hike has been cancelled, as almost everyone dropped out due to the weather. I'll reschedule this event for a day when the weather is less inclement.

Please bring a flashlight or headlamp as it will be dark, and many of the paths we're taking will not be lit.

Icers are recommended. We may not use them, but it's always a good idea to have them on a winter hike.

Route

  • South following the Humber River
  • East along the Waterfront Trail
  • North through High Park
  • Make our way to Bloor, while meandering through High Park. Then back West to Runnymede Station.

There may be a long set of stairs near the end of the hike, depending on which route we take.
Total distance: Roughly 8 km

Well behaved, well socialized dogs are welcome to come on the hike, but must be on a leash no longer than six feet at all times. Please pick up after your dog. Please indicate you are bringing a dog when you sign up.
