Itinerary:

Let's go for

1 Hour Fitness Walk in High Park

What is this event about

This event is a brisk, fitness walk on a paved walking route. The route is somewhat hilly and through the twists and turns of the park, we’ll walk for exactly 1 hour providing a good, fast cardio workout. We expect to be walking at a pace of about 5km/hr for the entire hour and a distance of 5km. We are starting and ending at the same location(park entrance at High Park Ave. and Bloor St.)

This event is rated as a D3/D4 - if you are usually very slow or very fast, be mindful we are aiming for a cohesive group with no extreme in pace or distance - please email me with your concerns if in doubt.

If there is a large group, we’ll aim to have a lead and a sweep ensuring group cohesiveness. If we have sufficient numbers there can be a faster group with a designated pace maker.

Notes about future events similar to this one...
