Itinerary:

The terrain is variable with hilly and rocky sections. Length of hike is 23 km, pace 4.5 km/h. Map 9.

This hike is suitable for intermediate hikers. It is not suitable for beginners. Hikers coming on this event are expected to have D4 level hiking experience. If you don't have a history with the TOC, please include some comments in the notes about your hiking background to convince me that you can keep up.

A combination "in and out" and a series of loops along the rushing water of Grindstone Creek, forested slopes, mature woodlots, and the Falls in Waterdown.

Those willing to drive and regular D4 hikers will get priority on the waiting list.

Roadside parking on Snake Road. Turn left (north) and follow Snake Rd for just under 1 km. Watch for the roadside parking area on your left (under the power lines).
