Itinerary:

The terrain is hilly and challenging. Length of hike is 28 km, pace 5-5.5 km/h. Map 18.

This hike is suitable for strong intermediate or advanced hikers.Hikers registering for this event are expected to have D5 level experience on 22-30k hikes, and be able to hike at a continuous pace of 5-5.5 km/h on hilly terrain. If you don't have a history with the TOC, please include some comments in the notes about your hiking experience, to convince me that you can keep up.

We will follow a combination of main trail and side trails to complete a large loop encircling both sides of the beautiful and hilly Valley. Total ascent is over 1000 meters up and down valleys. Highights are the "three sisters". We'll take in all the side trails along the route to make up the distance - the Tom East, the Glen Cross, the Snell Loop, the Hockley Heights, the Hemlock Ridge, the Glacier Valley and the Peter Beecham side trails.

Members willing to drive and regular D5 hikers may get priority on the wait list.
