Itinerary:

Okay, so Frisbee.

It's a new year. I'm not getting any better at frisbee, though still continue to make awkward advances.

Come help me romance the disc. Err... play Ultimate Frisbee.

We'll warm up by tossing it around with each other and then play a little friendly pick-up. 90 minutes or so. Longer if we're losing track of time :)

You don't need to have to have played before, really all you need is a willingness to run!. Ultimate is a fast paced game! Having thrown or caught a frisbee before is useful, but not strictly necessary. It's an easy game to learn: I'll help.

It doesn't look like another 19C day and it may be slightly wet, but we'll pretend it's spring. Extra points for wearing shorts.

I'll bring my disc, but if you've one of your own, bring it along. Especially during warm up, it's nice to have a few up in the air. (I like an element of danger ;)

(See the bit below about the 'meet up' area.)
