We'll start at the Broadview TTC, hike up the Parklands to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery,
follow the Beltline and West Beltline to its terminus,
drop down to Prospect Cemetery, walk through Earlscourt Park and a series of parkettes,
and eventually follow some neighborhood streets to Spadina TTC.

Route Map HERE.

We will have some short water/snack/bathroom breaks as needed;
NO DESIGNATED LUNCH BREAK.

There will be numerous options to cut the walk short via transit if you are worried about being able to finish.

ALWAYS KEEP ICERS ON HAND IN THE WINTER. IF I FIND AT THE START THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM WITH YOU, I MAY ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE GROUP.

Required Items to Bring:
2-3L of water (what you need for the walk)
Snacks as needed
Weather appropriate clothing
Extremely comfy hiking boots/shoes
Cell phone (fully charged! a portable power bank and/or cold weather pocket is a good idea in the winter)
OHIP/health card
ICERS--you can buy them at hardware stores, Canadian Tire, MEC, from Amazon...
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Headlamp/flashlight just in case

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Meet at Broadview TTC station. Look for me with an orange hat and orange pack.
There is Green P parking at 35 Erindale Avenue (right behind the TTC station).
We'll end this hike at the Spadina TTC station, where there is also a parking lot.

Notes:
I am estimating 5 hours to be on the safe side.
If you need to part from the group before the endpoint, that's fine! Just make sure to let me know you're heading off.
