Join me for an SUP outing. We will be renting at Harbourfront Canoe and Kayak Centre (HCKC) and we will be shuttled to Toronto Islands. Renting is done online and you should do it ASAP before the boards are booked by someone else! After exploring as many canals as possible, we will return back by 4:30pm.

The event will proceed if the Canoe Centre assesses the weather conditions as Green.

You should be able to comfortably paddle an SUP. You agree to abide by the Canoe Centre and TOC rules, including wearing PFD at all times and not walking barefoot on the docks.

If you have not paddled an SUP with me, please NOTE your experience on the sign-up form (e.g., previous TOC SUP events or lessons), otherwise your sign-up will be moved to the wait list.

If you are renting, please go to https://paddletoronto.com/stand-up-paddleboard- rentals/ and book an SUP for 2PM-4PM on 27 August (you might have to click/scroll around the booking dialog to get the right time, it does not always work well). Please mention that you booked your rental in TOC event Notes.

If you are bringing your own board, please show up a little bit earlier to unload or inflate your board. Please mention that you are bringing your board in TOC event Notes, and have a $5 bill in hand to pay for the shuttle.
