By signing up for this event, you agree to, and acknowledge, the following:

DISTANCE: about 11 km

PACE: FAST, around 5.5 km/h

DIFFICULTY: D3


This is the route we will take.

  • Starting at St Clair station
  • East on St Clair, down the Vale of Avoca
  • Around to The Brick Works, up the east side of Bayview
  • Up the Don trail to the first bridge into Crothers Woods
  • Up to the disused railway, follow that to the top of The Brickworks
  • Take Mud Creek up to the Chorley Park switchback
  • Through Rosedale, across the railway at MacLennan, through Moore Park back to St Clair station

We will walk at a pace of 5 km/hr or faster.

Required Items to Bring:

Water

A flashlight or head lamp.

Whatever else you need to walk quickly, safely and comfortably, and also to stay well hydrated.
