Itinerary:

NOTE: The carpool leaves Don Mills Station at 10:15 AM.

So this is my 15th time leading this moderate trail. This trail is a part of the Oak Ridge Moraine with a terrain of rolling hills and sandy/clay trails.

The length of this hike is approx. 12.5 KM, so if you sign up, you are expected to complete the entire trail. NOTE: There are no washrooms in this park.

Pack a lunch as we will eat take a break on trail for lunch.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice. You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.

Individuals willing to drive will get priority on the wait list, if required.

DRIVERS, WHEN YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE WRITE IN THE NOTES SECTION, THE AMOUNT OF PASSENGERS YOU CAN TAKE IN YOUR CAR, or else you may be moved to the wait list until this is completed!!! If you plan on meeting us at the event instead of the carpool, please ensure that you arrive on time @ 11 AM.

I’ve set the maximum event count at 1 as I don’t want to add anyone to the event until I have enough carpool drivers to accommodate passengers. I will try accommodate 16-20 people.
