Itinerary:

This is a great hike to do anytime during the year and I'm a little bored of the regular central ravines and belt line route, so we will be following the old Belt Line and ravine with a different start and finish point.

I haven't done this particular route in about 5 years, so why not. This 12 KM route will go from Glencairn Subway Station to Broadview Station.

Please note, we'll be meeting at the south entrance to Glencairn Station, which is the Viewmount Avenue Exit. Also, please note that there are no washrooms near the starting point of this hike, but we could probably stop at a Tim Hortons about an hour into the hike.

My favorite part of the hike is right near the end, which is the Chester Hill Lookout, which showcases a fantastic view of the city.

This hike is mainly gravel walking and will have one decently challenging hill.
