Itinerary:

Summer's coming to close, days are getting shorter so we should take advantage before it's gone! This should be good for beginners wanting to get ready for fall hiking season. BE WARNED there will be HILLS! We'll go at a moderate pace (4-4.5 km/hr) along mostly paved multi-use trails but we will detour onto some dirt trails as well.

Be prepared! It can be windy down along the lake shore, making it a couple of degrees cooler than in the city, which is usually nice but can get a little chilly

Route

  1. Start at Old Mill subway station
  2. Head south through King's Mill Park, along a couple of dirt trails
  3. Cross the Humber River Bridge
  4. East along the Martin Goodman Trail
  5. North through High Park, mostly along nature trails
  6. End at Keele subway station

Please arrive on time as we will be leaving within five (5) minutes of the start time.
