We'll be hiking along Curran Hall Ravine and West Highland Creek on the site of the former Camp of the Crooked Creek.

This is an 11km hike, primarily on dirt trails and the occasional sidewalk.

Just a quick FYI: I have never hiked in this area before, so we'll have to do a bit of trail finding.

THIS IS A DIFFICULTY 4 HIKE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE REST OF THE GROUP. WE WILL SOMETIMES BE ON TOUGH DIRT TRAILS. YOU'LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN A STEADY PACE GOING UP OR DOWN HILLS.

The hike will is a loop hike. We will start and end at the corner of Scarborough Golf Club Road and Brimorton Drive.

Start Meet at the corner of Scarborough Golf Club Road and Brimorton Drive Please arrive on time as we will be leaving at 10:05AM sharp.
End The hike will is a loop hike. We will end at the corner of Scarborough Golf Club Road and Brimorton Drive.
Distance Approx. 11 km
Pace 4.5 km/hour (average pace for fit and younger individuals, above-average pace for others)
Trail Conditions We will be walking on dirt trails and sidewalks.
Difficulty This is a D4 hike. This hike will involve some tough dirt trails and going up and down hills at a steady pace. Only regular hikers or those exceedingly fit should attend.

You can take the 54A Lawrence East (20 minutes from Lawrence East RT Station) which will drop you directly at our starting location.

Free on-street parking in the area.
