Humber River Loop (7 km) (2/3/2016)

Itinerary:

The Humber River Loop is a pleasant hike along the banks of the Humber River. This hike is suitable for beginers as this is a fairy flat hike and roughly 7 km.

Please be aware that these trails can get icy if there's any snowfall or rain. Please come with appropriate footwear. Traction Devices (Icers) are a must for this trail.

We'll follow this route

  • Start from Old Mill Subway Station
  • Head down to the Humber River, first east through Etienne Brule and then north through the Magwood Park
  • North east to the Dundas St
  • Go west along Dundas Street to the Old Dundas Rd
  • Continue south on Home Smith Park Rd, following the river
  • End back at Old Mill Subway Station

    We will walk at a moderate pace (4.5 km/hr.).

    Please arrive on time as we will be starting the event within five (5) minutes of the start time.

    Old Mill Subway Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth Subway line, 12 stops west of St. George and 3 stops east of Kipling.
