Itinerary:

Holiday means we can do this another time in the fall! Time for a evening hike in High Park taking advantage of all the hills. I'm not super strong at hills but here's a chance to get some in.

I plan on starting at Runnymede Station, head into the park, wander around all the different trails, and end back at Runnymede Station 2 hours later. We will stick to the nature trails as much as possible. I do not have a specific route in mind. I hope to go steady 4.5 km/hr pace for the entire 2 hours, taking very short breaks at the top of some of the larger hills.

Please be aware that this is meant to be challenging walk, not a stroll.

Total distance should be about 8.5 km.
