We will meet at Warden Subway Station at the Warden Avenue entrance. If arriving by subway, please use the exit for Warden Avenue and wait outside near the doors. If parking in the parking lot (south lot), walk along Warden Avenue towards St. Clair Avenue until you see the entrance; meet near the entrance doors.

We will begin the hike at Warden Station meandering through Warden Woods, through Donora Park, along the Taylor Creek Trail to the Lower Don River Trail and onto Broadview Avenue, turning left on Danforth Avenue. Total distance is approximately 12.5km. Once we reach Danforth Avenue, we'll head over to a Pub for some lunch and perhaps a brew. Upon conclusion, everyone can head to either Chester or Pape Station to either head home or head back to Warden Station to pick up their vehicle.

The majority of the walk will be on groomed paths and trails and will take place in parks, but there will be some time spent on major roads (Victoria Park and Broadview) so we'll be very careful on these busy streets. Also note that these paths can be well used in the summer so we will walk no more than 2 people side-by-side and allow sharing of the path. This walk is beginner friendly as long as you can walk 12.5km at a decent pace. We will stay together as a group, and the speed will be around 4.5-5km/hr.
